We want our customers to be confident when purchasing from Outdoor Privacy Screens.
Because many of our products are custom-sized, made-to-order, or manufactured specifically for each project, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Products that are custom-fabricated, custom-sized, or made to order are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once production has begun.
Standard Products
If a product is eligible for return, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
Return Authorization
All returns require prior authorization. To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
